About This Lesson

A blend of muscle strength, endurance, calorie burn, flexibility, and range-of-motion along with cardio conditioning make this aerobics class a great overall workout to energize your day. An array of movements, intensities, and equipment keep this workout varied, interesting, and fun. This class takes place in the shallow end of the lap pool.
