    You MUST FAST for 12 hours before participating. You may drink water.

    The test screens for the following: Blood Sugar/Glucose, LDL, Cholesterol, HDL, Triglycerides, CHOL/HDL Ratio

     

    Same day Screening results!

    4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

    Return to The HUB during that time and Family Medicine Specialist Jayna Spivey, PA-C will provide your blood screening results and answer your questions. *Results not picked up will be mailed.

    The HUB Recreation Center is CLOSED Friday, May 18th due to the water crisis caused by a water main break at Rend Lake Conservancy District. We will keep you posted as further information regarding opening is released from the City of Marion.
