This skill performance program is designed to challenge and improve athleticism in various sports. Athletes will train for injury prevention and skill development in strength, speed, coordination, mental toughness and aerobic endurance. The groups will meet twice a week for four weeks beginning the first Tuesday of each month.



June 5th – June 28th

July 3rd – July 26th

August 2nd – August 30th

September 4th – September 27th

October 2nd – October 25th



Tuesdays and Thursdays

6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Beginner (8-12 years old)

7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Intermediate (13-18 years old)



$60/Hubber, $90/Non-Member
