June 11-June 15
Through progressive technique and skill breakdown, participants will see major improvements in their performance. Campers will learn the importance of technique by understanding how to use their body efficiently to get the most out of their size. They will use game situations to utilize their fine-tuned skills.
June 18-June 22
The Hub basketball camp emphasizes the progressive skills training of ball handling, shooting, rebounding and defensive positioning. To become a better basketball player, campers will play mini games that help develop skills with having fun.
Indoor Flag Football
June 25-June 29
Go Team! Campers will enjoy a positive environment that improves coordination, balance and knowledge of football. This camp is full of drills and skill lessons to enhance performance in game situations.
July 9- July 13
Campers will participate in a well-designed program to improve each camper’s skills while having fun. This camp is full of drills and skill lessons that encourage proper technique and development. They will have opportunities to apply what they have learned through controlled scrimmages.
Youth Yoga (1 Hour)4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
July 16- July 20
Campers will have fun in a positive environment of stretching and balance classes. This camp is filled with kid friendly routines that teach mental focus and breathing control techniques.
July 23-July 27
This fun filled camp provides an opportunity for kid favorites such as dodgeball, capture the flag, and much more! They will also participate in drills from basketball, soccer, volleyball and football. Campers will have a day of fun in water polo and competitive swimming activities (Friday).
