About This Lesson

Start the weekend off right and party with us in the pool! Aqua Zumba is a fun, high energy, dance based aerobics class that is sure to get you moving and grooving! Zumba mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning experience! The water based environment is easy on the joints while bringing an added level of resistance to the traditional Zumba class. Join us in the pool and we will “take the ‘Work’ out of Workout”!
