About This Lesson

Designed for a gentle and effective core workout. Safe for prenatal, postnatal and abdominal rehab and healing. This 45-minute class will work to do the following: Increase circulation capacity to assist with labor, reduce swelling, increase metabolism, enhance balance, flexibility and coordination, potentially reduce labor time and recovery, provide a low impact activity and cool and calm fetal stress as opposed to non-water exercise.
