Rachel, a native of Pennsylvania, graduated from Penn State University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. She was exposed to fitness from the beginning through her family’s fitness center. Rachel’s first love was gymnastics, where she competed for eight years. At the age of 11, she discovered track cycling. She placed 2nd in her first National Championship that year. Rachel went on the win seven national titles and placed 4th at the World Championships in Melbourne, Australia. Through her athletic endeavors, Rachel has mentored young athletes, coached CrossFit for four years and worked as a personal trainer. Her wide range of experiences have prepared her to guide individuals of all fitness levels to achieve their goals. Rachel’s philosophy is to find what works best for each individual and to inspire that person to live the best life possible.
