All programs start with an assessment that includes an evaluation, strength, cardiovascular and flexibility test. They will also contain dynamic stretching prior to training and static stretching post training.

Endurance Training

Endurance Training will improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance through aerobic exercises. Endurance training is designed to use interval/long distance training for cardiovascular endurance and body weight/light weights with high repetitions for strength endurance.

Strength Training

This program focuses on hypertrophy exercises to develop total body strength and gain muscle mass. Athletes will use moderate to heavy weight with low repetitions to increase their strength.

Speed & Agility Training

Speed training will use timed body weight and weighted exercises to enhance speed performance. Agility training will use timed drills to improve hand and foot quickness and efficiency.

Power

Power training is designed to improve specific strength, explosive movements, and jumping distance through weight lifting and plyometrics. Athletes will use heavy weight with low repetitions to increase strength and body weight/light weight to increase plyometric performance.
