David’s introduction to fitness started as a high school athlete. As a football player, he learned the importance of pre-season and post-season training which lead to his passion for strength and conditioning. After two knee surgeries, he educated himself on the importance of post recovery, which lead him to gaining his NASM personal training certification. David has also experienced the challenges of weight loss training through his own journey after knee surgery. Seeing his own body go through the strength and weight loss changes has given him the desire to make an impact on others’ lives.
