Guests are able to access the entire facility by purchasing an all-day, one-time only, all inclusive pass. It is important to read our facility rules and any other pertinent information regarding usage, safety, etc. before entering the facility. The gymnasium is closed from time to time due to rentals so please check the court schedule prior to purchasing a day pass. Please keep your receipt when purchasing a day pass as your receipt acts as your pass for the day. Any person in the building is subject to a random membership/guest pass check at any time.
Any guest 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18+) in the building at all times. Any guest 16 and older can use the facility on their own, but will still require an adult (18+) to sign them in (ID required) at the front desk. No exceptions.
Effective January 2, 2026: for day pass purchases, guests 15 and under must remain accompanied by an adult (18+) in the building for the duration of their visit. Guests 16 and 17 years old may use the facility unattended, but must present valid ID at the time of purchase. All minors purchasing a day pass require an adult (18+) to sign them in at the front desk with valid ID. Both the adult’s valid ID and the 16- or 17-year-old’s valid ID will be copied and retained for emergency verification purposes. No exceptions. All guests must respect and follow all HUB rules at all times or be subject to removal from the premises.
The HUB is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items, therefore, we strongly encourage Hubbers and guests to lock all personal belongings in a locker. Large lockers are available for rent for $20 each month. For more information on renting a locker, please stop by the front desk. Hubbers and guests may use any of our small lockers at no extra charge daily. All small lockers must be emptied by the end of every day otherwise any remaining locks will be cut off and items will be discarded.
