CODE OF CONDUCT
In order to create a welcoming community environment, The HUB Recreation Center expects all patrons and guests to respect the rights of others, abide by established rules and policies, and demonstrate appropriate, responsible, and civil behavior that contributes positively to the community. Failure to do so will result in removal from The HUB Recreation Center and participation in HUB programs indefinitely.
For the safety and enjoyment of all, we operate on a zero-tolerance basis applying expectations equally. Thank you for adhering to The HUB Recreation Center Code of Conduct including the following prohibitions and terms:
- Angry or vulgar language including swearing/cursing, name calling, or inappropriate volume levels of speech, or other disruptions or disturbances
- Physical conduct with another person in an angry or threatening way
- Any demonstration of sexual activity or sexual contact with another person
- Harassment, intimidation, or threatening by words, gestures, body language, or any other menacing behavior
- Theft or behavior that results in the destruction of property
- Carrying or concealing any weapons, devices, or objects which may be used as weapons
- Unsafe use of vehicles in the parking lot, including, but not limited to excessive speed and improper direction of travel
- Inappropriate attire, unsuitable in a family recreation center environment, at the discretion of HUB staff
- Recording anyone with any device without their knowledge and permission
- Use of devices to play music or other broadcasts, or conduct phone or other audible communications in an unapproved/unauthorized manner in any public areas of the facility
- All must key card scan-in as a member, purchase a guest day pass, or otherwise check in at the front desk upon arrival
