Marion Youth Tackle Travel Football 2024
Marion Youth Tackle Football welcomes young men and women from Marion and surrounding communities who are eligible to play. Our program enables youth to participate in a team sport in a safe and structured environment. We strive to teach fundamental values, skills and knowledge young people will use throughout their lives.
Marion Youth Football exists to use football and a respect for education to develop strong, smart responsible and healthy young adults. We provide experiences that build their appreciation and understanding of leadership, teamwork and discipline.

All participants will be required to re-register on this new Sports Engine Motion website. Please take time to download the Sports Engine Motion app on your mobile device for the latest information on all things MYF 2024.
Marion Youth Football welcomes boys and girls in 5th-8th grades from Marion and surrounding communities. There is a cap of 60 players per team (5th/6th grade and 7th/8th grade) this year, so be sure to register early.
Please pay attention when registering as there are two options for each grade level…
Scholarship Registration is ONLY for those players who qualify for free/reduced lunch at school.
Regular Registration is for all other players who do NOT qualify for free/reduced lunch at school.
Registration: MAY 13 – JUNE 26 
Registration Fee: $60/Player
Payment required at the time of online registration. No exceptions.
Equipment Fee: $40/Player
*Payment & copy of birth certificate required to receive equipment. No exceptions.
All players will need their own football cleats. Players will be able to rent all other equipment (helmets, shoulder pads, pants, pads, etc.) for $40.

8TH GRADE: 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
*Cannot play at this level if 15 years old prior to Oct. 1st, 2024
7TH GRADE: 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
*Cannot play at this level if 14 years old prior to Oct. 1st, 2024
6TH GRADE: 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
*Cannot play at this level if 13 years old prior to Oct. 1st, 2024
5TH GRADE: 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
*Cannot play at this level if 12 years old prior to Oct. 1st, 2024
PRACTICE INFORMATION:
Conditioning Camp July 8 – 12 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Helmets ONLY for Conditioning Camp
Practice Starts July 15 – Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and *Fridays
Practice Times 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
Practice Location: Harry Crisp Sports Complex, 1606 S. Carbon St., Marion, Illinois
*Friday Practices will cease at the start of Marion High School football season
