This group is open to swimmers who already know all four strokes and provides an opportunity for athletes to stay in shape in the off season. Coached by Johnathan Crouse and Andrew Crouse, this program will focus on elements of swim such as stroke form, endurance and speed. MUST choose a minimum of two weekly sessions

SESSION 3 Wednesday 4:30-5:30 p.m.

SESSION 4A Thursday 4:30-5:30 p.m.

SESSION 4B Thursday 5:30-6:30 p.m.

SESSION 5 Friday 4:30-5:30 p.m.
