This group is open to swimmers who already know all four strokes and provides an opportunity for athletes to stay in shape in the off season. Coached by Johnathan Crouse, this program will focus on elements of swim such as stroke form, endurance and speed. Choose two or more sessions.

*Must be at least 7 years old to participate


SESSION 1A – Monday 4:30-5:30 p.m.

SESSION 1B – Monday 5:30-6:30 p.m.

SESSION 2 – Tuesday 5-6 p.m.

SESSION 3 – Wednesday 5-6 p.m.

SESSION 4A – Thursday 4:30-5:30 p.m.

SESSION 4B – Thursday 5:30-6:30 p.m.

SESSION 5A – Friday 4:30-5:30 p.m.

SESSION 5B – Friday 5:30-6:30 p.m.
