Member Team (5-10 Players): $475 (Captain Must Be a HUB Member)
Non-Member Team: $500
Jerseys Will Be Provided to Each Player
There is a 5 player minimum and you CANNOT add members to your team after the stated deadline. You must have all your players on the roster, they do not have to be at every game. You must have 5 people from your team on the court within 5 minutes of your game starting or you forfeit.
