About This Lesson
We’re excited to introduce SilverSneakers Boom Muscle! This class is designed for active older adults of all mobility levels seeking to build muscle tone and strength. The class utilizes athletic-based exercises and functional movements to build upper body conditioning, endurance, and overall fitness. Chairs are available upon request.
