BIKE SPIN: 20 minutes
RUN ON TRACK/GYMNASIUM: 15 minutes
Triathlon starts at 7:00 a.m.
Doors open at 6:00 a.m.
Cost: $30/Individual, $60/Team (Teams of 2 or 3)
Long-sleeved shirt provided if registered before December 31st
