Sabine was born in Emmeloord in the Netherlands. Beginning when she was five years old, she danced and was part of a twirling group and participated in competitions. As she got older, she started taking group exercise classes and says Tae Bo was her favorite. She moved to the United States in 2009 and is a mom of two boys. REFIT® means a lot to Sabine because it helped her build her confidence. Her goal while teaching class is to have fun and help others.
